Suresh Kumar was only 8 when he joined the garment industry. An eye-opening experience at such a
young age accelerated Suresh’s path to dream big and succeed. Taking inspiration from this experience,
he opened his first start-up, Goodway Kknits with just Rs.65000 as his pilot investment in 1998.

Goodway Kknits Established
Goodway Kknits made over 21 million quality clothing and apparels
which not only hit the local markets, but also made its way into the
closets of U.S.A and Europe.
In 2008, Suresh opened his own subsidiary in Frankfurt, Germany.

GW IMPEX Pvt. Ltd.
This venture spear-headed the e-commerce retail of premium
clothing for kids.
Brands like Goodway and Lil Orchids were conceived as major
e-tailers in India.
Attracted over 1.5 million happy customers to the Goodway family.

Goodway Techsol Pvt. Ltd.
Came into play
A Start-Up India recognised venture, Goodway Techsol was founded.
As a part of this, Gudbiz & HireTheBest, were the two SaaS brands
which sprung into action with the vision to help businesses to take
data-driven decisions and automation.
2014 was the year of celebration as the company received the Best Seller Award from Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal. In 2016, the company successfully sold 100,000 T-Shirts in a single day.

The birth of Vibe
As a quality-conscious and people-first person, Suresh was
determined to only deliver the best of the best masks in the market.
A mask that is sustainable, affordable and protects the community
like a warrior in a battlefield, even if that meant an extensive R&D
for a few more months before he could enter retail.
All along, innovation was the key ingredient in Suresh’s journey, which then culminated into the birth of a game-changing brand for safety and healthcare wearables.

Dhrona Consultancy join hands with Vibe
Suresh collaborated with Arun Prabhu of
Dhrona Consultancy. Together, they crafted
the vision and mission of the brand and their
ideas added gravitas to the collaboration.
2020 March
Vibe got the first Positive Test
Result for Nano Membrane The Vibe mask achieved its first SITRA
certification.
Suresh continued his pursuit and R&D
until he could find the perfect output.
2020 April
Suresh’s collaboration with NID
Suresh joined hands with a team of scientists
& designers at NID-Dr.Ketan Vadodaria &
Amit Sinha to further improve the standards
of the mask and boost the mission.
Together they improved BFE and PFE
Filtration efficiency by 99.80% and iterated
more than 25 designs to get the final
functional as well as aesthetic finish.

Top 7 finalists in Startup India
This successful collaboration led to Vibe being
acknowledged as the Top 7 finalists in Startup
India out of 500 other applicants.
The superior quality of Vibe masks made it the only runner-up in the mask industry, known for building their own facilities to produce world-class filters with final packaging.
